The legal forum called on Defence Minister to ensure equal ‎law enforcement in Judea and Samaria

Following the dismantlement of an outpost Thursday morning and the Defence Minister’s declarations regarding his commitment to law enforcement in Judea and Samaria, the Executive Director of the Legal Forum for the Land of Israel Nachi Eyal called on Barak to ensure equal ‎law enforcement for both the Jewish and the Arab population.

Eyal stressed that based on the reports of the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria, illegal building in Jewish communities is prosecuted relentlessly, while illegal building by Arabs continues unhindered, a policy he called unjust and racist.
